Registration fee includes 

Full Registration Fees include the broadcasting of all conference sessions, remote presentation & discussion; digital certificate (will only be emitted to registered authors); access to the conference materials (by download); publication of accepted papers in IEEE Xplore and mention in the official program.

Doctoral Consortium Registration Fees include the broadcasting of all conference sessions, remote presentation & discussion; digital certificate (will only be emitted to registered authors); a special Doctoral Consortium session with mentors; access to the conference materials (by download); publication of the Doctoral Consortium accepted proposal in IEEE Xplore and mention in the official program.

Student Registrations
Students must upload a certificate of their status as a full-time student. The registration process will only be complete when the organization sends the registration confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation and provided written notice is received by TA DMC Portugal until the 31st March 2020, 65% of the registration fee will be refunded minus EUR 30,00 of administrative charges. From the 1st April 2020, any cancellation is subject to full penalty.  "No-shows" are non-refundable and are liable to full registration fee.
